Sheréa VéJauan's Saturday Routine: 5 things I Do Every Saturday

As someone who works a full-time job, coaches, cares for my mother-in-law, and has household duties to attend to, it is vital to put time aside for setting my intentions for the week, and Saturday is that time for me.

The first thing I do is go to a quiet place where I can be alone. I block out 1-2 hours for myself without any distractions. I grab a cup of coffee and don't try to multitask until then. As I review and reflect on the past week's events, I make adjustments as needed. I schedule my week's activities. I examine my finances and budget. I set my weekly goals. I also clean my fridge and plan and prep next week's meals.
