Can you believe we're already 30 weeks into 2022, with 22 weeks left! Do you still intend to achieve the goals you set in January? Do you have a vision board? Where is it?

Being committed takes courage. The goal can be anything from losing weight to returning to school. Throughout the journey, there are always obstacles to overcome. You may have doubted whether you should continue.

This week, review the goals and weekly routines you committed to in January and see if you are still on track. If not, renew your promise to yourself because you are worthy and deserving of the success that you seek. Even if you've faced a few setbacks, know that everything happens for a reason. Your goals should give you a reason to find reasons to keep moving.
